Hi! I'm Jen!
I am the creator of Magical Mama, LLC, and I am blessed to facilitate Magical Mama 13 Moons, our year-long sister circle membership, now in our seventh year.
If you're like me, it can be hard to make mom friends... Let alone mom friends who are into connecting with the cycles of nature, trusting that each of us is on her own journey, conscious parenting, and creating lasting, authentic friendships.
This is why I created Magical Mama 13 Moons... to bring mamas together who are searching for a community of open-hearted and open-minded moms, where we can truly feel a deep sense of belonging, at last.
My story... I had worked in corporate America for 10 years, when I was surprised to find myself pregnant with my son. I experienced a soul awakening and a major epiphany during his birth, when I realized I was here to serve women through a higher calling.
I got certified as a doula in 2004 and then licensed as a Homebirth midwife in 2011. Through the process of my own natural birth and then supporting other mamas to create a space of holy ground on which to birth, from a place of power, I witnessed transformation on the highest levels, physical, mental, and spiritual, and discovered the ecstasy of sisterhood and the truest power and autonomy of women.
In 2013, I launched Magical Mama, as a way of extending this empowerment to mamas who already had their babies, and to assist in the expansion of consciousness, the rediscovery of the fire within, and to witness the sacred birth of newfound confidence, authenticity, and power. Since that time, I have completed Hypnotherapy Certification, 300-Hr Meditation Teacher Certification, Reiki Master Certification, and graduated from the Yogini Priestess Path.
Over the past 18 years, I been blessed to hold space for the deepest growth and expansion for over 1,000 mothers through birth work, Magical Mama Circles and retreats, group ceremonies, group classes, and private Hypnotherapy, Reiki & Sound Healing sessions.
And, now, we are once again welcoming in sisterhood and empowerment, as we connect with the cycles of the moon for 2024-2025! All the details are below.
All my love to you, sister! Oh- and why do I say sister? Well, even if we haven't met yet, since you're reading this, I know we have more in common that not. And, ultimately, we are devoted to the same things: family, personal growth, peace, and love. In order to create that in our wold, we gotta stick together. So, I see you as my sister. I hope you see me the same.

what's 13 moons all about?
Our 13 Moons Year-long Membership Program opened for enrollment November 2023!
Magical Mama 13 Moons is a group of 13 magic-loving mamas who commit to a year (13 moon cycles) of monthly wellness in-person new moon sister circles, monthly group Reiki sessions, a wellness day retreat in the summer, a Winter Solstice Soiree in the winter, a self-love slumber party in the spring & other events to connect with each other, and to deeply nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits.
By participating in a consistent container of sisterhood, we revolutionize our lives as mothers. When we carve out these spaces for connection and self-care each month, we give permission to our children to do the same, thereby breaking the chain of guilt that women (and especially mothers) feel about taking great care of ourselves. We show up for our lives feeling grounded, connected, and empowered, knowing our support system is in place. Just knowing that we have something to look forward to each month has actually been proven to reduce anxiety and increase happiness! And, in order to give, we must have our cup filled first.
Our official start date is our family potluck picnic & egg hunt at the park in March 2024, and our program goes through February 2025. *And*, we have *several* free bonus events, available, beforehand! The earlier you sign up, the more free events are included in your membership!

what's included in 13 moons membership?
Magical Mama 13 Moons is a life-giving journey, consisting of:
🦋 12 in-person 2.5 hour monthly sister circles (one Wednesday per month from 7pm to 9:30pm or one Thursday from 10am to 12:30pm or 7pm to 9:30pm or one Friday per month from 10am to 12:30pm,) to sync up with the new moon and one another and to manifest in the potent and powerful container of sisterhood among mothers
Flow:

*Brief current astrology chat.
*Pulling a goddess archetype card to connect with for the month.
*Intention-setting ritual.

Some examples of our intention setting rituals:
July 2024- Cancer Water Ritual... We will all receive a beautiful glass chalice. We'll write the way things currently are on a piece of tape, and tape it to a small glass jar. We'll pour the water into this jar and connect with the current state of things. Then, we will write our intention on a piece of clear tape and tape that to our beautiful chalice. We'll pour the water from the jar into the chalice, connect with that reality, speak blessings over the chalice, and drink the water.
September 2024- Virgo Earth Ritual... We'll all have an opportunity to learn about and choose crystal beads to add to a deeply meaningful and magical friendship bracelet, to remind us of our circle of support, and that we are not alone, even at 3am with sick kids.
Some examples of wellness, self-care, receiving:
October 2024- Libra Air... We'll all receive rose petals and be lead in an ultra relaxing aura cleanse.
December 2023- Capricorn Earth... We'll all place certain herbs and spices on to boil and enjoy healthy, warm, and delicious herbal elixir hot toddy's together.

Bliss, baby, BLISS! Oh, and chocolate! Enjoy me-time, four healthy and delicious meals, dance party, self-love potion, astrology readings, a self-commitment ceremony, and more! We'll be truly reliving our childhood (but empowered and not comparing ourselves to each other anymore!) by doing each other's hair, getting in our jammies, and sleeping with sleeping bags and air mattresses or tents, or an option of $150 investment to sleep in a bed. On Sunday, we’ll have our celebration lunch and have an opportunity to sign up to do it all over again, if we like! Then, we’ll open up our circle to welcome the women of our community to join us for the powerful “healing the sister wound" workshop.
